Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: Braun Intertec will conduct a site investigation of the soil, groundwater, and soil vapor to identify contamination onsite. Braun Intertec will oversee the installation of temporary groundwater monitoring wells and soil borings and collect samples that will be processed by a state laboratory contractor. Braun Intertec will conduct a hazardous materials inspection of the site building. At the conclusion of the investigation, Braun will produce a Investigation Report which will include field observations, field activities, and summarize analytical data. All subcontractors will be procured using the Contractor and Subcontracting Purchasing Manual
