Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Very satisfied Stantec kept the MPCA project team updated on a regular basis, met with staff to discuss next steps, and kept the work moving. All submittals/reports were submitted in a timely manner.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Very satisfied All submittals/reports were detailed and comprehensive. All work was completed and the goals of the work order were accomplished.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Satisfied Budget was well managed.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Very satisfied Stantec was able to complete the site work in a timely manner. This was difficult due to the many property access issues that were encountered. This project also required a great deal of communication with subcontractors and property owners, and Stantec handled this well and kept the project moving.
