Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Very satisfied Terracon kept me updated at all times on project status, and kept the site moving along. All submittals/reports were submitted in a timely manner and invoices were submitted on a regular basis.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Very satisfied All submittals/reports were detailed and comprehensive. All work was completed and the goals of the work order were accomplished.

Terracon kept the MPCA project team updated on a regular basis and met with staff to discuss next steps. This project required a great deal of communication with subcontractors and property owners, and Terracon handled this well and kept the project moving.
