Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The researchers analyzed a large volume of data and delivered an exceptionally complex analysis and report on time. They communicated proactively and had regular check-in meetings to review each part of the project as it progressed.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The report was extremely high quality. They are experts in labor economics and delivered a report that was extremely informative and understandable to a lay audience as was needed in this case.
