Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Everything was completed on time and early for the upgrade tasks needed with each upgrade.

Evaluate the contractor's quality We were able to use the same upgrade specialist for all of the upgrades, which made them more efficient and quicker each time.

Evaluate the contractor's cost We came in under budget with each upgrade that we did for MDA. This was a time and materials contract, so we never used more than what was needed.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The upgrades were all performed by the vendor without issues, on time and under budget. We even had an unexpected additional security upgrade during this and we were able to get that added in without issues. Having the same upgrade specialist made it easy to know what to expect with each upgrade.
