Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor had excellent schedule maintenance. The deliverables were received on time, and all invoices were submitted on time.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The contractor did an excellent job of accomplishing the contract goals. The deliverables were of excellent quality, and reports were clear and complete.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractor had excellent budget managed. There were no issues

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The team working on this site has kept me informed every step of the way. Also, AECOM staff were very reachable and responded to me quickly if I had a question, etc.

We are working towards closure with this site. As we do that, we discover new issues that need to be resolved or documented. AECOM has been very flexible with our requests for information and documentation needed for the report.

Tony Corell with AECOM has had to work with drillers and also receive approval from the MInnesota Department of Health for every well that is sealed or worked on. Tony has done an excellent job keeping all parties informed.

The project has been managed very very well. AECOM continues to provide excellent consulting services. They also provide creativity and flexibility needed for this very large, old project.
