Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor had excellent schedule maintenance. All deliverables were received on time, and all invoices were submitted on time.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The contractor did an excellent job of accomplishing the contract goals. The quality of deliverables was excellent. Three change orders were needed to amend the budget: the changes were necessary due to unavoidable and unpredictable site conditions.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractor managed the budget perfectly.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Communication with the MPCA project manager, contractors, other staff and the property owner were all proactive and timely. Excellent work on this project this past year. Very unusual events happened that WCEC managed flawlessly.
