Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractod had excellent schedule maintenance. All deliverables were received on time, and all invoices were submitted on time.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The contractor's deliverables were of excellent quality. They also did an excellent job of adhering to program requirements and accomplishing the contract goals.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractor had excellent budget management. No invoices were submitted incorrectly, and no budget adjustments were needed.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Terracon did an outstanding job on this project. They were proactive with communicating with stakeholders, including the city, residents and businesses. Also, they figured out a way to do the project at a lower price. Excellent work all the way around.
