Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor had good schedule maintenance. All deliverables were received on time. All invoices were submitted on time.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The contractor did an excellent job of adhering to program requirements. They did a good job of accomplishing the contract goals and producing quality deliverables. The reports received were clear and complete.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractor did a good job of managing the budget. No change orders or amendments were needed to adjust the budget.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Overall their performance was good. Steve at WCEC does a great job communicating issues/concerns and coming up with a fix. WCEC has made improvement at all their sites regarding reporting timeliness and completeness and I think Steve is one of the reasons for this improvement.
