Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor had good schedule maintenance. All deliverables were received on time and all invoices were received on time. All work plan objectives were met.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The contractor did an excellent job of accomplishing the contract goals. The quality of deliverables was good, as was their adherence to program requirements.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractor had good budget management. No invoices were disputed or submitted incorrectly. Three change orders were needed to adjust the budget. This system is a couple years old and things started to break down, so the project required more visits and tweaks.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Joann and Ross who work on this project are doing a great job communicating with the project team regarding site issues. Overall their performance is good.
