Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The Contractor provided deliverables and services in a timely matter. The Contractor was responsive to MDA staff requests and provided excellent communication throughout the Contract.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The quality of the Contractor's deliverables and services were exellent. Senior level staff provided review of project work and experience on the project. The quality of technical work provided
by Terracon in the office and field was excellent.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The Contractor's costs were fair and reasonable. The Contractor worked efficiently and did a good consolidating tasks, when possible, to reduce costs to the project.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The Contractor's overall performance on the project was excellent. The Contractor's strong
technical experience, proactive communication, and ability to manage and work on multiple tasks at the same time were assets to the project.
