Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor had excellent schedule maintenance and submitted all invoices on time. However, not all deliverables were received on time.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The contractor did a satisfactory job of adhering to program requirements, and showed improvement in this area. However, the reports generated were not always complete.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractor had satisfactory budget management.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Will engage contractor's services again but not on this project due to incompleteness of CCAD report and Pilot Test report (completed under separate work order). Contractor completed work under FY15 contract. Contractor was not asked to continue work on this project for FY16.
