We lacked development resources to successfully and timely meet the timelines to integrate the MnCHOICES Support Plan and the Rates Management System (RMS), while supporting users statewide using the MnCHOICES assessment application.

Evaluate the contractor's timeliness All the contractors’ deliverables were delivered on time, or before they were due. In the entire year, I also don’t believe she missed a single day of work.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Our contractor was very skilled at the software and databases we use on our project: ILog, oracle, DevExpress, etc. Her work was exceptional. One of the things we most appreciated was her willingness and ability to research and uncover system bugs, and then fix them very quickly. I can’t remember a time where one of her deliverables wasn’t right, or caused problems for other developers.

Evaluate the contractor's cost This contractor is the least expensive contractor we have on the project. Very good value for our project.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Everyone liked her, and appreciated her. Her development skills are exemplary. Many of our business team and development staff depended on her for mentoring and problem solving.
