This work involves the investigation of current and proposed highway right of way that is known, or suspected to be contaminated. State plans to reconstruct TH 200 from approximately TH 64 to CSAH 39. The intent of this work is to identify possible sources of contamination that could impact soil and groundwater in the project area. This will enable State to identify contamination problems early in project development, thus reducing potential liability and avoiding construction delays.
