Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: The purpose of this Contract was to develop a model that would not only help MnDOT personnel identify and asses conflict during the design, construction and delivery of a construction projects, but also would address ways to mitigate conflict prior to it occurring. This model is considered a part of the risk assessment and customer (public) relations efforts currently underway at MnDOT. This is also an important utility for MnDOT to continue building on the public’s trust and confidence in the Department.
