Develop recommendations for efficiently providing pavement markings under chip seal, seal coat, and micro-surfacing roadway surface treatment conditions. Improving pavement marking performance in terms of daytime presence, night time retrore flectivity, and life-cycle costs has the potential to impact both efficiency and safety for the agency and the traveling public.

The schedule was extended during the middle of the project due to some concerns that the Contractor would not meet the original deadline. Fortunately, the Contractor proactively suggested these changes and stuck to the new timetable
Great work by the Contractor. The Contractor met the scope and did an expansive and aggressive search of the practices of many neighboring states, and proposed further research on possible MnDOT test sites to attempt to build from this.
The cost of the project was appropriate.
The Contractor did very well. They completed the project while being mostly self-directed, aside from the original scope.
