Tony Hanson with LHB did an outstanding job. He works very hard, is experienced, and worked well with MnDOT staff. The major reason for costs being out of budget was higher than expected lodging. Due to the state shutdown, work went into the fall. Lodging is very expensive along the North Shore during the fall “leaf” season.
