Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor team went out of their way to accommodate our schedule/tasks in an emergency situation where a key DEED employee went out on leave.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Contractor quality was very good and Tim was able to show us the what was and was not possible with the scripts as they were written and run.
