The contractor was very timely with all reports, invoices and information requested by the OTS.
The contractor submitted excellent work, writing projects and community outreach tracking.
She was well spoken and did an excellent job representing OTS and her role to partners.
The main costs for this contract were contractor time and travel. There were very minimal expenses beyond that. For the coverage of the state, the cost was reasonable and accurate.
Overall, this contractor did a great job in this role. She successfully met her outreach goals and positively influenced traffic safety partners to be more engaged.
