Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: The purpose of the contract was for the Governmental Unit ( Minneapolis Police Department) to work with their Record Management System (RMS) and create an adaptor that will meet the Minnesota (MN) Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) specifications to establish communication between the Police Department and the MN BCA Comprehensive Incident-Based Reporting Service (CIBRS). This is facilitating the submission of incident data to the MN BCA to be shared with Law Enforcement Statewide for investigative purposes.
