Overall, very good. The Council website contains a broad range of products and timelines differ; some news items are time sensitive and every effort is made to turn these around immediately; Facebook items are posted several times each week with a schedule provided. Features and/or new sections may span a longer time period with additions/improvements made to a foundation piece.
Excellent. Master Communications Group stays current with the latest technologies, including accessibility features, and updates website pages on an ongoing basis to improve functionality and ease of navigation. A variety of presentation approaches are used to invite website visitors and assure that products and resources are useful and helpful to a very broad range of customer groups.
Very good to excellent. The Council has a limited budget that contractors understand. Performance goals must be met given the funds allocated by the Council for a particular project area - website additions/updates in this instance. Master Communications Group stays current on web tools and programs that make the Council and Partners websites easy to use for customers; and efficient and cost effective for website designers and developers.
Overall performance is very good to excellent. Master Communications Grop is also available to troubleshoot wth customers when navigation and functionality are problems.
