success.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Quality of work was very high. The eCharging software has been very well received, recently winning
an award for technological innovation from the International Association of Chiefs of Police.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Costs were reasonable, in line with competitors.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Excellent. The success of the project has lead to perioic expansions of scope to add additional
services and functionality, and we have retained contractor for that work due to our satisfaction
with previous work performed.
