We had to check in with the contractor frequently to make sure there was progress on the project.
The quality of the final product was adequate.
The cost came in less than the original contract because we ended up finishing the project in-house.
Overall performance was average.
No
It was difficult to get the project completed without frequent reminders of deadlines. It would be more cost effective to do these types of projects in-house, as opposed to hiring an outside contractor.
