The Contractor will conduct a Supplemental Phase II investigation and oversee the advancement of borings to assess groundwater and soil contamination. The Contractor will collect media samples and prepare a Supplemental Phase II Environmental Site Assessment report based off the findings and field observations. Contractor will prepare a Response Action Plan based off the findings. All subcontractors will be procured using the Contractor and Subcontracting purchasing manual.
