Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Pretty good – always very responsive to inquiries; they do great with notifications and deadline reminders.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Very rarely were data error found and upon review it is related to submission or resubmission issues on our end. Another situation will be relating to multiple order entry and times overlapping – so again, more related to our EMR system. The Quality Check Report had an update delay with measure updates. They have been a great resource on working towards data bell curve targets rather than just reject data. Helpful from research lens.
