Lead the activities to design and implement a business and IT portfolio management and Governance process for the Department of Revenue. The work will include all aspects of the designing, defining, implementing and operationalizing the Governance and portfolio management process. The resource will also lead the implementation of a new strategic portfolio management (SPM) tool that will be used to track, manage and provide status of the organization's project and product portfolio. The SPM tool has been selected and is in the early stages of deployment. The completion of this scope of work will enable better decision making, work prioritization and a higher success rate for project and product work within the Department of Revenue.
This work and creation of a portfolio management process is necessary to manage, prioritize and coordinate project management work for the Department of Revenue.
