WCEC will also oversee sampling and submittal requirements for monthly MPCA discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) for the basement water sump discharge. All subcontracted services will be procured following MPCA's Contractor and Subcontractor Purchasing Manual. WCEC will prepare a report of the findings.
