Resource #2 (C.H.): did not deliver any work
Resource #3 (S.N.R.K.): not timely in delivering work, took an excessive amount of time

Evaluate the contractor's quality We had one very strong resource with Agile Brains and the following two were not strong. The first did very high quality work. The second quit after a short time (without sharing any concerns or asking for additional support) and the last one did not do quality work; we have been unwinding work he did with a new contractor as it was not sound and did not follow appropriate business logic (despite us spending a great deal of time with the resource explaining business logic).

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance I was very disappointed in the second two resources and in Agile Brains not stepping in earlier to identify the issues and address them.
