WCEC will also be conducting groundwater monitoring of the newly installed wells and collecting one round of private well samples from adjacent properties to the leak site property. All subcontractors will be procured following MPCA's Contractor and Subcontractor Purchasing Manual. WCEC will prepare a report of the findings.
