The State has a grant agreement with the Grantee identified as 132752 (“Original Grant Agreement”) to provide statewide technical assistance and assist multidisciplinary teams and interested professionals in implementing Safe Harbor protocols.
2. This amendment is to provide additional money and to amend/extend the deadline for Grantee’s work with the Safe Harbor Protocol Guidelines in partnership with the State and Ramsey County Attorney’s Office as a technical assistance provider for Safe Harbor protocol teams as well as protocol guidelines development and implementation.
3. The State and the Grantee are willing to amend the Original Grant Agreement as stated below.
