Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractors timelines were as established during the initial phases of Project Documentation. There were some slippages due to Holidays and time schedule but they were expected and estimated correctly in the project plan.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The quality of the work presented in the 4 deliverables that were defined as part of the RFO was expected with certain modifications and requirements by the Stakeholders.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The cost were established in the contract and there was no change or discussion for any amendments or changes to the budget.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The performance was excellent with weekly meetings and standups and the contractor's overall team members were present for all the meetings that were scheduled during the project.
