Evaluate the contractor's cost No other bidders so hard to know if less costly options exist, but generally independent contractors have more costs to pass on than dedicated consultant organizations with large customer base.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance DOC has been very fortunate to have this rabbi's guidance over the years as she has experience as a facility volunteer. She works very well with the dietitians creating these menus.
