Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Slight adjustments to originally planned schedules were well communicated by the program leaders, and the crews arrived and were ready to work as scheduled.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Very good. The crews completed extensive cleanup along the swimming beach and nearby waterfront, improved visitor safety by completing sidewalk maintenance projects, and enhanced access and aesthetics through clearing entry points and trails of brush.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Excellent. Great communication with program leaders, crew leaders, and crew members. Both the quantity and quality of work exceeded expectations.
