Evaluate the contractor's timeliness They did a decent job of staying on track and communicating if certain aspects of the project were getting off track. I did end up scheduling weekly meetings to make sure the project was moving forward as planned.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The quality of work was good. This was a new content area for them, but the overall quality was there as they learned more about this area of work.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The overall cost worked out well as was in line with the project outcomes.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Generally, performance was great and they completed multiple aspects of work including document and policy review, focus groups, large group sessions, an a final summary report.
