Walk with Ease Portal Integration
{Empty}
MDH received funding from CDC (1803) to increase access to and participation in arthritis appropriate evidence-based interventions (AAEBIs) including the Walk with Ease (WWE) program. WWE is designed to reduce the pain of arthritis and improve overall health. By integrating this program into their Juniper online portal at juniper.org, sharing data, and collaborating on increasing participation on this and other AAEBIs already in their portal we can achieve our common goals of increased participation and reducing health disparities.
